The Complete PUR Clean & Protect Kit is a convenient and cost-effective way to remove cured and uncured PUR adhesives.

The kit contains:

  • 5 Litres Gard PUR 60 – PUR Cleaner for cured and uncured residue.

  • 1 Kilo Gardex – Hot Melt/PUR Release Agent

The kit enables you to carry out a thorough clean on all delivery systems of PUR adhesives with a typical 5-7 kilo tank capacity.

Once surfaces have been cleaned, then Gardex enables the treated surfaces to not be contaminated with PUR build-up.

Gard PUR 60 is a liquid cleaner specially developed to remove all cured and uncured PUR adhesive residue from equipment, components and roller-fed systems and applicators.

Its unique liquid formulation quickly breaks down PUR (polyurethane reactive) adhesives from all surfaces and components. 

Gard PUR 60 – Liquid Cleaner for PUR adhesive is used across industries including woodworking, printing, bookbinding and automotive for regular cleaning and maintenance.

Gardex Hot Melt / PUR Release Agent is a unique formulation that prevents hot melt and PUR (polyurethane reactive) adhesive from sticking to all types of machinery, components and areas of overspray. 

Unwanted hot melt and PUR adhesive build-up can create a wide range of problems, leading to machine downtime and loss of production.

It’s temperature-stable up to 220°c and is used extensively anywhere that hot melt / PUR adhesive is utilised, including in the packaging, nonwoven, bottling, food and woodworking industries.
