The Hot Melt Kit is a convenient and cost-effective way of trying all three powerful hot melt cleaning products from Gard Chemicals.

Enables users to do a thorough clean (internally and externally) on all pre melt systems with a typical 5 – 7 kilo tank capacity.

Each kit contains:

  • 5 Litres Green HMP – Liquid Hot Melt Purge

  • 1 Kilo Gardex – Hot Melt Release Agent

  • 750ml Gard EV60 – Hot Melt Cleaner

These environmentally friendly adhesive cleaners and release agents are used by customers in a wide variety of sectors across the world.

Green HMP – Liquid Hot Melt Purge is a low-viscosity cleaning fluid specially developed to clean and remove the hot melt adhesive residue associated with hose-fed hot melt application equipment.

Gardex Hot Melt / PUR Release Agent is a unique formulation that prevents hot melt and PUR (polyurethane reactive) adhesive from sticking to all types of machinery, components and areas of overspray.

Gard EV60 is a new liquid formulation specially developed to clean and remove all hot melt adhesive residues from areas within the bottling, food, nonwoven and packaging industries.
